DE CASTILHO (SP) POR RONI PAPARAZZI\u00a0\u2013<\/strong> Durante patrulhamento de rotina, a Pol\u00edcia Militar<\/strong> cumpriu um mandado de pris\u00e3o<\/strong> na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (29\/01)<\/strong>, na Rodovia Marechal Rondon<\/strong>, altura do km 590 \u2013 pista Oeste<\/strong>, no munic\u00edpio de Lav\u00ednia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada pela equipe do CGP Andradina<\/strong>, que abordou um Peugeot\/206 SW<\/strong>, ocupado pelo condutor e quatro passageiros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a consulta aos sistemas PRODESP<\/strong> e BNMP<\/strong>, os policiais identificaram que um dos passageiros possu\u00eda mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto<\/strong>, expedido pela Ur\u00e2nia<\/strong>, com pena de 2 anos e 8 meses em regime fechado<\/strong>, pelo crime de les\u00e3o corporal (artigo 129 do C\u00f3digo Penal)<\/strong>. O mandado havia sido expedido em 16 de dezembro de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diante da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, o homem recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o<\/strong> e foi encaminhado \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Lav\u00ednia<\/strong>, onde a ordem judicial foi formalmente cumprida. O indiv\u00edduo permaneceu preso \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A ocorr\u00eancia refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia das abordagens preventivas em rodovias<\/strong>, que frequentemente resultam no cumprimento de ordens judiciais pendentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
