A medida, solicitada pela <strong>Subsecretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica<\/strong>, atende reclama\u00e7\u00f5es de moradores, registros de abusos e ocorr\u00eancias relacionadas \u00e0s festividades de fim de ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>A interdi\u00e7\u00e3o acontece das 18h do dia 31 de dezembro de 2025 at\u00e9 \u00e0s 6h da manh\u00e3 de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o subsecret\u00e1rio de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, <strong>Rog\u00e9rio Fagundes Vilhalva<\/strong>, a popula\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>n\u00e3o est\u00e1 proibida<\/strong> de frequentar espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos, como a <strong>Avenida Guanabara<\/strong>, mas <strong>a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos estar\u00e1 vedada<\/strong> nos pontos determinados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cAs fam\u00edlias est\u00e3o sendo resguardadas e ter\u00e3o na Guanabara um local seguro para confraternizar\u201d, afirma Vilhalva.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>O pedido de novas interdi\u00e7\u00f5es foi enviado pela Subsecretaria de Seguran\u00e7a \u00e0 <strong>1\u00aa Companhia da Pol\u00edcia Militar<\/strong>, com o objetivo de reduzir riscos, acidentes e ocorr\u00eancias registradas em anos anteriores, especialmente ligadas a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dire\u00e7\u00e3o perigosa e manobras irregulares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barulho excessivo e escapamentos adulterados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingest\u00e3o descontrolada de \u00e1lcool<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poss\u00edvel uso de entorpecentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concentra\u00e7\u00e3o em locais n\u00e3o apropriados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O comandante da 1\u00aa Companhia da PM, <strong>Capit\u00e3o Ilton Dias de Freitas J\u00fanior<\/strong>, destaca que den\u00fancias e reclama\u00e7\u00f5es sobre <strong>Santa Cec\u00edlia e outras regi\u00f5es<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m motivaram a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos bloqueios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd0e <strong>Outros munic\u00edpios adotam medidas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na regi\u00e3o, o <strong>Poder Judici\u00e1rio de Guararapes<\/strong> proibiu a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e a reuni\u00e3o de motoclistas organizados para \u201crolezinhos\u201d voltados a pr\u00e1ticas irregulares no tr\u00e2nsito, como <strong>\u201ccortar giro\u201d<\/strong> e <strong>\u201cdar grau\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um encontro recente, nos dias <strong>24 e 25 de dezembro<\/strong>, terminou com motos apreendidas, multas, pessoas feridas e a\u00e7\u00f5es da PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico<\/strong> ingressou com pedido judicial para proibir o organizador das convoca\u00e7\u00f5es e suspender o perfil digital utilizado para promover os encontros ilegais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfaf <strong>Objetivo das
