DE CASTILHO (SP) POR RONI PAPARAZZI\u00a0\u2013<\/strong>\u00a0O Tribunal do J\u00fari de Andradina (SP)<\/strong> condenou nesta quarta-feira (29)<\/strong> o motorista Fabiano Silva do Nascimento<\/strong> a 6 anos e 10 meses de pris\u00e3o em regime semiaberto<\/strong>. Ele foi acusado de tentativa de homic\u00eddio<\/strong> ap\u00f3s atropelar um adolescente de 14 anos<\/strong> que andava de bicicleta na cidade, em 6 de dezembro de 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcf9 O caso ganhou grande repercuss\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de um v\u00eddeo que mostra o momento exato do atropelamento. Nas imagens, o jovem aparece pedalando por uma rua quando \u00e9 atingido por um carro que segue em alta velocidade. Mesmo ferido, o adolescente consegue se levantar e fugir para a cal\u00e7ada, enquanto o motorista foge sem prestar socorro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante o julgamento, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico sustentou a tese de que o r\u00e9u agiu com inten\u00e7\u00e3o de matar<\/strong>, uma vez que teria jogado o ve\u00edculo propositalmente contra a v\u00edtima. A defesa alegou que n\u00e3o houve inten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, mas o j\u00fari reconheceu a culpabilidade parcial<\/strong> do acusado, fixando a pena de 6 anos e 10 meses em regime semiaberto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O caso foi presidido pelo juiz Paulo Victor Alvares Gon\u00e7alves<\/strong>, da 1\u00aa Vara do F\u00f3rum de Andradina<\/strong>, e contou com a presen\u00e7a de familiares da v\u00edtima, autoridades e moradores da cidade que acompanharam o desfecho do julgamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
