DE CASTILHO (SP) POR RONI PAPARAZZI\u00a0\u2013<\/strong> A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais (APAE)<\/strong> de Andradina (SP)<\/strong> divulgou um comunicado nesta semana informando que, conforme o Decreto Federal n\u00ba 12.686<\/strong>, assinado em 20 de outubro de 2025<\/strong>, est\u00e1 prevista a transfer\u00eancia obrigat\u00f3ria dos alunos com defici\u00eancia para escolas regulares a partir de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O documento ressalta que, com a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o desse decreto, as APAEs deixariam de funcionar como escolas especializadas<\/strong>, o que preocupa fam\u00edlias e profissionais da \u00e1rea da educa\u00e7\u00e3o especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para discutir o tema e buscar alternativas para reverter a medida<\/strong>, a APAE de Andradina, seguindo orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o das APAEs<\/strong>, convocou uma reuni\u00e3o p\u00fablica<\/strong>:
