DE CASTILHO (SP) POR RONI PAPARAZZI\u00a0\u2013<\/strong> A Pol\u00edcia Militar<\/strong>, por meio da equipe de patrulhamento do 28\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Militar do Interior, prendeu em flagrante<\/strong>, na madrugada desta sexta-feira (17)<\/strong>, um homem de 30 anos<\/strong> por porte ilegal de arma de fogo de uso restrito<\/strong>, na Pra\u00e7a da Matriz<\/strong>, em Castilho (SP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a abordagem, os policiais realizaram vistoria no ve\u00edculo do suspeito e encontraram uma mochila contendo um rev\u00f3lver Taurus calibre .44 Remington Magnum<\/strong>, al\u00e9m de muni\u00e7\u00f5es, coronhas e acess\u00f3rios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O homem apresentou registro de CAC (Colecionador, Atirador e Ca\u00e7ador)<\/strong>, por\u00e9m n\u00e3o possu\u00eda o porte para circular com o armamento<\/strong>, o que configura crime previsto no artigo 16 da Lei n\u00ba 10.826\/03<\/strong>, o Estatuto do Desarmamento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O suspeito foi conduzido ao CPJ de Andradina<\/strong>, onde teve a pris\u00e3o ratificada pela autoridade policial<\/strong> e permanece preso \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A arma foi apreendida e passar\u00e1 por per\u00edcia t\u00e9cnica<\/strong> para confirmar sua origem e regularidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
