O caso ocorreu no \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado (20\/01). filhotes em frente a uma resid\u00eancia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Um vizinho testemunhou o ato e acionou a pol\u00edcia pelo 190.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental rapidamente chegou ao local e constatou o crime de maus-tratos a animais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O suspeito foi conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia Participativa de Presidente Prudente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Medidas Tomadas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Pol\u00edcia Ambiental lavrou um Auto de Infra\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental no valor de R$ 12 mil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Os filhotes foram resgatados e est\u00e3o sob os cuidados da esposa do autor do crime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O caso ser\u00e1 investigado com base nos artigos 29 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o SIMA 05\/21 e 32 da Lei Federal
